importantly, in the clinical setting. Nursing is a profession that includes
responsibilities that create a major impact on every patient’s healthcare
outcomes. A BSN graduate demonstrates compassion and empathy yet provides strict
accountability and strong leadership characteristics. Attaining a BSN is not
simply another accolade, but a means to arm registered nurses with the
knowledge and confidence to provide safe, effective, patient-centered care.
